FABIO Giacobello

Born in Milan, Fabio Giacobello graduated from the Meran School of Hotel Management. His gastronomic career led him from Germany to France as well as England and the USA. In 1995, Fabio Giacobello opened Cantinetta Antinori in Vienna as its managing director, followed by the restaurants Novelli, a Tavola and Palais Kinsky. In 2002, he finally fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant.
